To align with the advances in the IT environment and the Company’s future Business strategy, technology delivery and vision, we are looking to bring in a resource who has Leadership experience in Technology and/or Digital Transformation. The position requires someone who has a background with Organization Management, Relationship management, Strategic Alignment, Driving Execution, Empowering Others, and running High Impact Dialogues. We require that the candidate has full span of knowledge of digital experience, hosting (platform, server, and storage), Cloud, network, and telecommunications technologies.

Experience in leading complex, cross-functional product and software development / digital initiatives. Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle and practical experience, managing projects with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments. Self-directed and results driven, with demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities across multiple initiatives. Persistence, action-orientation, and the right sense of urgency can be crucial.

The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization, from business and technology executives to team members. Strong analytical, financial, budgeting and forecasting skills required to develop and track project budgets and avoid significant variances. Effective problem-solving and project risk management skills. Strong team building, facilitation, and collaboration skills, including the ability to facilitate teams through conflict, consideration of multiple alternatives, and alignment on the best recommendations and solutions

The candidate needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills; effectively present and execute innovative ideas. Ability to effectively present information and respond to high-level inquiries from clients, partners, directors to name a few. Must be able to take initiative, act independently, and direct one’s work. The candidate must be guided by exceptional maturity, discretion, and able to maintain confidentiality. Day to Day tasks involve but not limited to :

• Build and scale AI & Data service offerings (eg, Generative AI, MLOps, NLP, Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics) for the company.
• Partner effectively and closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Business Analysts, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Solutions Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Technical Leads, Developers, QA Leads, Operations, Sales, and other functional leads to deliver new solutions and capabilities.
• Lead the digital development & AI efforts across the entire organization.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies like GenAI, LLMs, Knowledge graphs and cognitive automation.
• Keep pace with market innovation to maintain a fresh digital strategy and AI Strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Develop creative thinking, experimentation and the exploration of emerging technologies.
• Manage relationships between Sr. Business leaders at the appropriate level.
• Promote digital&AI culture and build a digital & AI technology platform.
• Create and maintain the “Digital” culture in the organization
• Serve as the primary thought leader and spokesperson for the AI & Data practice in Client and Industry forums.
• Lead the efforts of a customer/user experience first mindset.
• Collaborate with the organization on Transformation, Strategy, Data, and Process
• Build and lead a high performing team of digital developers, innovators, and technology experts.
• Collaborate in the Development, Coaching, and Mentoring of Talent and Leaders in the organization.
• Lead the development and enhancement of digital products and services.
• Lead and support the completion and delivery of prioritized strategic initiatives that are tied to the CEO’s office.

Education Requirement: BachelorsDegree in Computer Science /Information Technology related or its foreign equivalent

Minimum Experience Required: 5+ Years of Leadership experience IT Project management, Business operations Lead, Experience in leading large scale organisations.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and background

Job Description

Document business needs, gathering business requirements; Develop Qlik View/Qlik Sense Dashboards using different objects like Filter Pane, Box Plot, Pie charts, Line charts, Distribution Plot, Scatter charts, Bar charts, Combo charts, Straight tables, Pivot tables, KPI #, Map Charts; Create Tasks and Schedule the jobs in Qlik sense Hub and Automate scheduled daily data loads of QVF documents using Qlik Management Console; Building the QVD’s and reusing the concept of QVD files to the Qlik sense Dash boards to reduce the redundancy; Data validation of Qlik View/Qlik Sense Reports against source databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Essbase, Netezza); Design, build and deploy BI solutions and perform testing and troubleshooting in Qlik Sense and SSRS; Develop and execute database SQL queries, Advanced PL/SQL and conduct analyses.

Job Description:

Perform business and functional analysis for project requirements; Enhance or develop web app code using Java Beans & Spring, JDBC & Hibernate; Create Stored Procedures, Tables & Invocation from Java Code to store data; Analyze & resolve issues during testing/SDLC phase; Work closely with Bus Owners & dev teams for improved automated processes of requirement handling, change management and defect management.

Minimum Education Required: B.S in CS/Inf. Tech/Rel

Minimum Experience Required: 5 years as PA/SA/Soft. Dev/related.
